5 Holiday Travel Tips for Cypress, TX Residents

The Holidays are right around the corner, and many of us here in Cypress, TX have already started our travelBrown leather luggage planning. The moment of departure can be a hectic time when you live so close to a large city like Houston, TX. If you are not careful, thoughtless planning can leave you stranded far from the comfort and relaxation you desire during the Holiday season. With all of the things to consider while traveling, it is easy to overlook some simple travel measures. Here are a few Holiday travel tips that may help make your vacation go smoothly:

1. Bed Bugs! Be sure to inspect your hotel rooms, and keep your bags away from the bed.

2Keep valuables within sight Enclose valuables and keep up with where they are located.

3. Record your personal id numbers and electronically send the info to yourself. E-mail your drivers license number, insurance info, and/or passport info to yourself in case they get lost.

4. Bring Healthy Snack During the hustle and bustle of all this traveling, you have to remember to eat. Although, surely you will get your fill of treats while you are away!

5. Stop Your Mail and Newspaper Service  Piled up mail at the front door is a dead give-away for burglars.
