Please Help the Families Who Lost Everything in a Fire Last Weekend
The entire Greystar family is devastated over news of a terrible fire that broke out on the 26th of February at the Greystar-managed Emerald Shores apartment community in Seabrook.
One resident was severely injured as he frantically tried to awaken his fellow residents in the early hours of Saturday morning. About 80 people were also left homeless in the blaze, including a Greystar employee and his family. Most of these people have lost everything.
We are praying for everyone who was affected, and we ask you to do the same.
We’re collecting donations of household supplies to help these people to meet daily needs.
There is a particular need for:
Furniture- So that the families can piece back together their lives.
There are a number of affected families with babies and small children. They could use lots of size 1 and 2 diapers, size 3, 4 and 5 diapers with pull ups, hand wipes, baby soap and lotion.
Drop your donations off at our front office, and we’ll make sure they get to the fire victims.
Greystar has also set up a bank account to accept monetary donations. Any amount you give will go a long way toward helping the former Emerald Shores residents get back on their feet.
Thank you very much for your generosity.
